Rent & Utility Assistance Application

Please fill out the application to the best of your ability.

You may be eligible for assistance if: 

  • You are a resident of University Place or Fircrest (98466/98467)

  • Received a vacate notice (rent)

  • Received a shut off notice (utility)

  • Has not received assistance from our organization within the last 12 months

  • Families Unlimited Network will only assist with rent or utilities, not both

The following information is required for the review process:​​

  • Complete application for assistance

  • Identification - Driver's License, State ID, Passport, etc.

  • Vacate notice -Rent

  • Shut off notice - Utilities

  • Copy of lease

  • Copy of outstanding balance

Once we review your application, you will receive a call from our Administrator with more details. You'll be prompted to submit all documents in a PDF format. If you have documents in a hard copy, please utilize the following apps to scan your documents into a PDF format:

Submitting an application does not guarantee assistance. Please allow 5-7 business days for someone to be in contact with you. 

Once your application is received, our administrator will contact you for an intake interview. Once your intake interview is complete and we've received all required information, we will begin the review process.​
